Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Covad stands behind the promise of uncompromising quality by providing SLAs for business-class services. Enterprise SDSL (TeleSpeed) provides enterprise-class guarantees and support, giving you the peace of mind that comes with the reliability and quality of Covad SDSL service.

  • Time-to-repair guarantee—Guaranteed restoration within 12 hours in the event of a service outage, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to 20% of your monthly service fee.
  • Fast installation time guarantee—Get high-speed Internet installed within 30 days of placing an order, or we'll credit 50% of your first month of service.
  • Service availability guarantee—Service availability of 99.9% or better, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to one day of service for every hour of downtime beyond the guarantee.
  • Lifetime equipment warranty—Buy the recommended equipment from Covad without worry.
  • Average network delivery and delay—Choose Covad with confidence in the performance of the network.
    • Delivery—99.9% successful delivery of all data packets over the Covad network, or you'll be eligible for a credit of up to 10% of that month's service fee.
    • Delay—Average 110 milliseconds for the roundtrip of a message from your location to a test point on the Covad network, or you'll be eligible for a credit of up to 10% of your month's service fee.

IP Addressing

For your business network, you can have:

  • A single address that identifies your business, with multiple private addresses (addresses not available outside of your business, NAT)
  • A unique Internet address for every computer in your network

Select from standard IP options:

  • NAT (one external IP address and 254 private IP addresses)
  • Five static IP addresses
