Generally, yes. Most of the time, any rebates or promotions that are currently under way, are also available to move orders. To take advantage of any promotions, simply review the details, terms, and conditions and follow the submission instructions.

Where do I find my Circuit ID number?
Your Circuit ID number is available from the SMART account management tool at www.covad.net. You will need your Covad User ID and password to log in. If you do not have this information, call Customer Care at 888-64-COVAD or click on the link "forgot your password" to answer your secret question and have it emailed to you.
Where do I find my Covad Order Number?
Your Covad Order Number is sent to you by email from Covad when you place your order. If you do not have your order number please contact Customer Care at 888-64-COVAD for assistance.
Where do I find my modem name (CPE) and model number?
The modem name and model number can be found on the bottom of the modem itself. For example: "ZyXEL 643 ADSL Gateway".
Do I have to use the installation street address?
Yes, checks will only be issued to the end user and company named on the order and mailed to the address where the Covad service was installed.
To what address should I send my submission?
All Covad rebates are executed online and do not require paper forms to be mailed in. However, the equipment manufacturer's may require that you complete the online form and mail in the hard copy form. Be sure to review the rules and regulations with the equipment manufacturer, including mailing address and applicable deadlines.
How do I check the status of my rebate online?
For Covad rebates, see www.web-rebates.com/covad/—you can enter your customer submission number (provided when you prequalify for rebate online) or your installation telephone number and track the real time status of your rebate.
Is this offer good only in the U.S.?
Yes, the offer is valid for U.S. residents only. Additionally, the offer is good only in those states in the U.S. where it is not prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
